Just hanging in there...

Sorry to be so late with a post. As I had mentioned earlier, Mom became very ill while she was here and I took her to the hospital Thanksgiving Day. She was diagnosed with pneumonia and a several infection. She has since been transferred to a nursing/rehab facility close to our house and is slowly recovering. The concern now is that she remains anemic after blood transfusions and also has an extremely elevated white blood cell count. The doctors are waiting on more blood tests but are considering that she may have CML - a form of Leukemia. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers...Tim
